ABOUT PHI GAMMA DELTA
The Phi Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta was founded in 1867, making it one of the oldest active chapters at Northwestern University. Phi Gamma Delta nicknamed FIJI at Northwestern is a values-driven brotherhood centered on leadership, personal growth, and lifelong connection. Our members come from diverse backgrounds but share a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous development.
We prioritize leadership and real responsibility through managing a six-figure budget, organizing large-scale events, and working closely with alumni and national networks. These experiences build practical skills in communication, strategy, and execution.
Beyond that, FIJI is a close-knit community that challenges each member to grow academically, professionally, and personally. With a strong alumni network across top industries, our chapter provides mentorship and opportunities that extend far beyond college.
